Hillston Grove strives to produce internationally renowned Australian wines for export markets. Utilising innovative management expertise in optimizing returns to investors and international market orientated wine management to accomplish these goals.

Grape Varieties. The objectives are to produce premium wine grapes and wines of good flavour, colour, and value.  The main varieties planted include:
